Smilegate game platform Stove announced on the 10th that it will release the official Korean version of the classic visual novel Saya’s Song and hold a discount promotion to commemorate the release.
‘Saya’s Song’ is a work released by Japanese game developer Nitroplus in 2003 and tells the story that begins when the main character, ‘Fuminori Sakisaka,’ who survived a car accident, meets a mysterious girl, ‘Saya.’ The game features beautiful illustrations, a shocking story, and addictive music.
Smilegate Stove presents a translated version of Saya’s Song through Stove’s official Korean version. ‘Stove Official Korean Version’ is a translation service that supports various play options for domestic users by localizing overseas indie games. In this official Korean version of ‘Saya’s Song’, 150,000 characters were translated to reproduce the depth of the original as much as possible.
Another reason why the official Korean version of ‘Saya’s Song’ is expected is because of developer Nitroplus’ hit work ‘You, Her, and Her Love.’ Stove released the official Korean version of ‘You, Her and Her Love’ in June last year. The game was evaluated as a unique and novel form of visual novel. Fans praised its meticulous Korean translation, winning the ‘Korean Translation Friend’ award at the ‘2023 Stove Indie Awards’.
To commemorate the release of the official Korean version of Saya’s Song, Stove is conducting a Big Deal promotion and offering the game at a special 50% discount for two days until the 11th. You can purchase it from the 12th to the 25th at a 30% discount.
The Stove game page has more detailed information about ‘Saya’s Song’, which is available in the official Korean version on Stove.
