On a dark night, Aihara Airi is wandering as though lost when she happens to hear Aoi singing. Drawn in by the song, she meets Aoi, and their story begins. Unnamed Moon’s yuri visual novel, set in a Japanese girls’ school and spanning a year of seasons from spring to winter, is coming to Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android on October 8, nearly two years after its November 2024 Steam debut.
A Full Unity Rebuild, Not a Straight Port
This isn’t a lift-and-shift of the PC version. The game has been rebuilt in Unity with a newly designed UI, polished text and translation, and improvements to friction points earlier players ran into. The Switch version supports touch controls and handheld mode.
The release also adds a new side story, “The Color of Winter Is Just Like You,” which covers the past of Akagi Akari, a character from the main story. Mirroring the main title’s naming, it’s set in winter. The side story is included by default on Switch, iOS, and Android, and Steam and STOVE owners will receive it as a free update on launch day.

Switch Deluxe Edition vs. Mobile DLC
Platform packaging differs, and it’s worth being exact about it. The Switch version ships as a deluxe package with an in-game art book and soundtrack. On iOS and Android, players buy the main game first and then purchase a separate “Deluxe Edition” add-on to access the same extra content. Nintendo eShop pages are live, the App Store is taking pre-orders, and Google Play is taking pre-registrations.
Written in Two Languages, Not Translated Into One
The most distinctive production fact here: the scenario was written directly by the author in both Korean and Japanese, so neither version is a translation of the other. The story is a single route with no branching, designed to be read through in one sitting at about two hours.

The Studio
Unnamed Moon is a five-person studio based in Guri, Gyeonggi-do, founded in 2024 with the motto “turn stories into worlds, and worlds into games,” producing subculture narrative games written in Korean and Japanese. The studio is currently developing a cyberpunk visual novel, Trauma Record. The 97% Steam positive figure comes from the developer and has not been independently verified.
Who This Is For
Strong fit for: yuri and slice-of-life visual novel readers who want a short, complete, single-route story; Korean and Japanese readers who want to read the original text in either language rather than a translation; Switch and mobile players who missed the 2024 PC release; existing Steam/STOVE owners, who get the side story free.
Cautious fit for: players expecting branching routes or multiple endings (there’s one route); anyone who needs English support (only Korean and Japanese are offered).
Less ideal for: players who prefer long-form visual novels; anyone seeking gameplay beyond reading.
The Takeaway
Unnamed Moon is bringing a short, self-contained yuri story to console and mobile by rebuilding it from the ground up in Unity, adding a winter-set side story about Akagi Akari, and keeping the part that makes it unusual: a script written natively in both Korean and Japanese. Two hours, one route, four seasons.
Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android: October 8, 2026. Steam and STOVE owners receive the new side story as a free update on the same day.
