The Busan Metropolitan City, the Busan Information Industry Promotion Agency, and the Busan Indie Connect Festival Organizing Committee announced that they successfully completed the BIC game jam ‘BIC Make Play Jam 2021: Making Game, Playing Life’ together with preliminary indie game developers.

The Game in Foundation participated in the sponsorship, and as a platform partner, YaHaHa, a global metaverse platform that can develop and release without coding, supported the dreams of domestic developers. In particular, the Game-in Foundation continues to support the indie game industry ecosystem by participating in the sponsorship for three consecutive years.
The game jam participants formed 20 teams through team building on the first day and developed the game for three days without a night. At the on-site demonstration held on the last day, the participants voted for the 3 to be displayed in ‘BIC Showcase X G-Star 2021’ (hereinafter referred to as BIC Showcase). Dog teams were selected.
The selected works will be displayed at the BIC Showcase, with at the Dudung Game Award, at the Flash Game Idea Award, and at the Passion Game Award. Anyone can download and play through the Game Jam website until December 18th.

Busan Information Industry Promotion Agency is operating the Busan Global Game Center with the support of Busan Metropolitan City, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Korea Creative Content Agency to foster the game industry in Busan.
