Biz Day & Public Days: Fully Integrated Support for Testing, Feedback, and Networking
The three-day event is split into:

- Public Days – December 3–4
Biz Day includes:
- A presentation of success cases from KOCCA’s 2025 indie support program (featuring Shape of Dreams developer Sim Eun-seop of Lizard Smoothie)
- Open Q&A sessions with game journalists, YouTubers, and indie experts
- Live pitch sessions for participating developers
Public Days feature expanded community involvement through the “100 Supporters Group” and “102-User Evaluation Panel”, where players directly test and evaluate the showcased games.
At the conclusion of the event, KOCCA will select four outstanding indie projects to receive the KOCCA Director’s Award along with up to ₩3 million in prize money.
KOCCA Expands Public–Private Indie Ecosystem With New Leading Partners
During the opening ceremony on December 2, KOCCA will sign MOUs with Com2uS Holdings, Viva Republica (Toss), and KRAFTON, marking their selection as new leading partner companies for the 2026 indie support program.
These companies join the current lineup of leading partners — Neowiz, Smilegate, and Pearl Abyss — and will operate specialized programs to discover and grow promising indie titles.
KOCCA plans to further expand this public–private network by inviting additional investment firms, publishers, and platform operators to strengthen the national indie game ecosystem.
KOCCA: “A Showcase of the Full Lifecycle of Indie Creation”
Kim Nam-geol, Head of KOCCA’s Game Technology Division, emphasized the significance of the showcase:
“The Korea Indiegame Showcase is where we see the results of supporting the entire indie ecosystem — from early ideation to final release and distribution. Through the 35 games featured this year, we aim to highlight the creativity and diversity of Korea’s indie scene and foster a collaborative environment where developers, investors, and players grow together.”
Detailed information, including participating works and detailed programs, can be found on the Korea Indie Game Showcase website ( koreaindiegame.imweb.me ). Applications for Biz Day can be made through both pre-registration on the website and on-site registration.
