Busan, South Korea – September 15, 2025 – Indie game studio Sunny Side Up (CEO: Park Eun-hyun) announced the official launch of its PC title Little Witch in the Woods via Steam.
The game places players in the shoes of Ellie, an apprentice witch, offering a healing adventure experience characterized by a warm, fairy-tale atmosphere and immersive gameplay.
Little Witch in the Woods first drew attention in Korea during its Tumblbug crowdfunding campaign, securing support from 4,652 backers and reaching 1,366% of its funding goal. Its Early Access launch on Steam further expanded its reputation, amassing over 1.2 million wishlist entries worldwide and establishing itself as one of the most anticipated Korean indie games.
With its full release, the game introduces major updates including new regions, new creatures, and additional storylines with fresh characters. A comprehensive overhaul of the UI, balancing, optimization, and quality-of-life features ensures a smoother player experience, while numerous bug fixes further enhance playability.
Players can also look forward to new lifestyle content, such as fishing, bonding with cats, interacting with villagers, crafting furniture, and decorating rooms.
