The Korea Indie Game Association will host PlayX4 2025, which will be held at the KINTEX Ilsan Exhibition Center for four days, from May 22nd to May 25th. On the 17th, PlayX4 announced that it is recruiting exhibitors for the “Indie Oraksil,” which will be operated during the exhibition.
PlayX4 (Play Expo) is the largest game exhibition in the metropolitan area, hosted by Gyeonggi Province and organized by the Gyeonggi Content Agency and KINTEX. Since 2018, the “Indie Oraksil” has been an event planned by the PlayX4 Office and the Korea Indie Game Association to discover promising domestic indie games.
The Indie Oraksil exhibitor call is open to indie game developers or teams (including individuals) who have a playable version of their game build. Applications are accepted regardless of platform. Selected entries will be provided with a booth, a basic furniture set, booth operation support, promotional opportunities, press release distribution, networking with publishers, and other support benefits.
Additionally, to provide a fresh and diverse exhibition experience, a hands-on experience and educational consultation on game development careers will be offered. This initiative aims to assist the general public, including students preparing for employment or startups in the game industry and will be conducted in collaboration with MBC Academy Computer School.
PlayX4 2025 (Play Expo) will be held offline from May 22nd to May 25th at Halls 3, 4, and 5 of the KINTEX 1st Exhibition Center in Ilsan. Information on how to apply for the “Indie Oraksil” brand pavilion exhibition can be found on the official Korea Indie Game Association café, “Indieple.”
