    Webzen, double-digit scale, open recruitment of new employees in the second half of 2023

    Webzen (CEO Kim Tae-young) will conduct an open recruitment of new employees in the second half of 2023.

    Webzen will accept applications on its official recruitment site for 19 days from September 22nd to October 10th. After the document screening, online tests, practical work, and executive interviews will be conducted, and those who pass the final exam will be able to join the company in January 2024.

    Through open recruitment, Webzen hires a double-digit number of people for 24 positions in ‘Webzen’ and ‘Webzen Onnet.’ We plan to select talent with excellent capabilities in various parts, including game business and development, as well as technology and management support.

    Anyone can apply for this open recruitment, regardless of age and education, and for some positions that require global communication skills, the ability to speak a foreign language (English/Japanese/Chinese) is required.

    In addition to open recruitment, Webzen is recruiting in various ways, including rolling recruitment and talent recommendation, and is also operating different welfare systems to increase the work satisfaction of executives and employees.

    Since 2019, it has been a leader in the gaming industry in introducing optional work. It provides various welfare benefits throughout life, including loan support for executives and employees, group accident insurance, provision of welfare points, and support for long-term service travel.

    In addition, to ensure work-life balance, we also operate a childcare facility called ‘Pureum Daycare Center’ and a breastfeeding space within the workplace.
