- Solo developer, a physics-based party game for 1–4 players where you hide money and search friends’ houses
- Experience the full version’s content in the demo… Participating in Steam Next Fest
Developer Funcity has confirmed the official release date for ‘Hide Your Cash,’ a physics-based party game playable by 1 to 4 players, as October 27 and released a free demo version via Steam.
‘Hide Your Cash’ is a third-person game featuring bright and cute cartoon-style 3D graphics. Currently, tags such as party game, social deduction (Mafia style), and comedy are registered on the Steam store page, raising expectations that it will provide users with enjoyable and suspenseful fun.
The game is also scheduled to participate in ‘Steam Next Fest,’ held from October 19 to 26, to meet with global users. The developers expressed confidence in the game, stating, “In the currently released demo version, you can play all the content of the full version without restrictions.”

I hide my money and steal my friend’s money
All players receive the same house and the same amount of cash, and hide the money within a time limit. Afterwards, they search each other’s houses in turn. The homeowner can block the entrance or push the searcher away, and pretend that nothing happened.
The goal is to hide money in toilet tanks, under mattresses, or behind refrigerators, and to find hiding places at a friend’s house. You must protect your own money as much as possible while finding more of the other person’s money. The developer introduced the game as targeting streamers, couples, and friends who find it difficult to trust each other when it comes to money matters.
Fold the money and hide it in a narrow gap.
‘Hide Your Cash’ centers on hide-and-seek and searching utilizing physics effects. You can search various locations such as cupboards, refrigerators, drawers, closets, toilet tanks, cushions, and rugs. Money can be stacked, spread out, rolled up, or crumpled to slip into narrow spaces like under sofas, behind cabinets, or between cushions.
It is also possible to conceal money by layering multiple items, such as pushing a sofa to cover the money or putting a jar into a pot and then hiding it in a cupboard. When a search begins, the homeowner can block the entrance and push or grab the suspect to drag them away from the money.
Home appliances can be an unexpected danger. If you operate an oven or washing machine, or flush the toilet, the money hidden inside disappears.
Three houses and a pirate ship… a total of six modes
The game takes place in three locations: a small apartment, a toy store, and a snow-covered ski cabin. In addition, a ‘Pirate Ship’ mode is added, set against the backdrop of a pirate ship off the coast of a tropical island.
After a match ends, players vote to determine the next mode. A total of six modes are available, including Classic and Pirate Ship, as well as All In, Blitz, Silent, and Camo Cash. The winner starts the next match wearing the crown.
You can create public rooms or invite friends to play together, and voice chat is supported. You can also practice alone against bots. Controller and Steam Deck controls are also supported.

The game’s official release is October 27. It supports interfaces in 11 languages, including Korean, but is listed as not supporting voice or subtitles. The price has not yet been revealed.
