    ‘Korea NFT/Blockchain Game Conference’ held on June 23rd

    The ‘Korea NFT/Blockchain Game Conference’ will be held on June 23rd at the Gyeonggi Creative Innovation Center located in Pangyo, Gyeonggi-do, where you can look into the current state and future of NFT and blockchain, which are attracting attention as the next generation of interest in the game industry, and hear the voices of the industry. It will be held at the international convention hall.

    Hosted by the Korea Game Media Association (Chairman Lee Taek-soo) and hosted by GDNet Korea (CEO Kim Kyung-mook), this conference will be held under the theme of ‘The New World Opened by Korean Game Companies’.

    WeMade CEO Jang Hyun-guk, who presented new possibilities in the blockchain market with the Wemix platform and Mir4 global service, will give a keynote speech under the theme of ‘Intergame economy, the future of blockchain games’.

    In addition, we plan to introduce the open game platform Wemix Play that can be serviced in Wemix 3.0, the NFT-based DAO new economy, and the DeFi service that will enable all finance.

    In addition, lectures from corporate officials who are conducting and preparing for blockchain games and NFT-related businesses such as Com2uS Holdings, XL Games, and Sandbox Network will be held. The speakers predict what positive impact NFT and blockchain concepts can have on the game industry, and introduce points to note for this.

    Lee Jong-seok, head of Com2uS Holdings, will give a lecture on the topic of ‘C2X: Game x NFT’. Through this, the achievements of the C2X blockchain platform to date and its value as a game platform are explained.

    Deputy CEO Park Jung-ho of Monoverse will show cases of random box NFT sales and own NFT minting using Binance Marketplace. In addition, Rising Wings PD Choi Soo-young will introduce the ‘Animal Lives Matter’ project and continue to explain the synergy between NFT and partially paid games.

    Kwanho Choi, CEO of XLGames, forecasts the future blockchain game market from the perspective of an MMORPG developer, and Jang-Gyeom Han, vice president of Sandbox Network, explains the flow of NFT and metaverse within the blockchain ecosystem. A lecture will also be given by Minsu Kim, the head of Metaverse, who recently established the Meta Headquarters and started to connect NFT and blockchain concepts in the metaverse space.
