Sunnyside Up, an indie game developer, announced on the 28th that it has released an early access version of the PC game ‘Little Witch in the Woods’ on Steam.
‘Little Witch in the Woods’ is a game that received a lot of attention at last year’s Steam Next Festival, and it has been expected to have 260,000 wishlists even before its release. This early access version contains about 5 hours of game content, and includes the first chapter of the prologue and the main story about the story of the little witch Ellie.
The game story takes place in a place called ‘Lucerin Oltoo’, where you become Ellie, the main character of ‘Little Witch in the Woods’, where witches all over the world live. The apprentice witches of the magic school, the main characters, are dispatched to the ‘Witch’s House’ to help the master witches. The process to become an official witch is in the form of an RPG, such as collecting and processing materials to make potions, discovering a themed area and filling in information into an illustrated book.
During the Early Access period, the story of ‘The Witch’s House’ and the village will be additionally revealed, and new gameplay, maps, and tricks will be continuously updated. The full version will be released in the future, including about 20 hours of game content.
‘Little Witch in the Woods’ will hold a 10% discount event in the first week of its release. It can be purchased for 18,000 won through the Steam Early Access page.
