The training period for game talents is 2 years in total, and in the first year, basic education and short-term tasks (projects) required for game developers are conducted. centered education.
In particular, from the beginning of the opening of the school, the direction of education has been customized to the field and differentiated education is implemented so that trainees can be put into practice immediately after graduation so that they can do the work desired by the company. As a result, despite its short history, the Game Human Resources Institute, which opened in 2019, achieved a phenomenal record of 77% employment rate as 37 of the first 48 graduates from last year found employment or start a business. Start-up was completed.
Based on these remarkable achievements, the number of faculty members in the Game Talent Center has been increased from three to six this year. When the second campus opens next year, the number of trainees will be expanded from the current 65 per year to 120 per year.
Game is reflected in the development of representative fields of Korean content in National Task 58 (spreading the appeal of Korean content to the world) and promoted as a core task of ‘Game Talent’
