    Iron Source launches mobile game ‘Marketability Test Tool’

    IronSource (NYSE:IS) announced on the 29th that it has officially launched the industry’s first ‘Marketability Testing Tool’ for mobile game apps, from pre-launch game development direction to market feasibility analysis.

    IronSource’s marketability testing tool provides a prediction sandbox that matches games and users, providing game developers with marketability scores on which games to invest in and release to help them make accurate judgments and decisions. This tool simultaneously handles marketability and competitiveness analysis of a game, ultimately helping app developers make decisions about whether to promote and sustain a game.

    To date, game developers face a variety of challenges when validating a concept for a new game, as the industry has no solution to rapidly test a game’s prototype or provide a clear answer on which titles to invest in prior to releasing the game. .

    Accordingly, due to the large difference between the data during the initial test and the data after the global release, the game failed to secure a unique user base, and often faced dilemma during the global launch stage. IronSource’s marketability testing tool is designed to prevent situations where you have to rely on guesswork and intuition in the process, and it tests the game’s predicted unique users, and compares the results to the marketability curve of the game and other games in the same genre. can be visualized and analyzed for comparison.

    The results of these tests and comparative analysis data are converted into scores to show the possibility that the game can grow in size while maintaining profitability. Based on this, developers can quickly decide whether to invest in the full-scale launch of the game.
