Results of the ‘2022 Content Creative Talent Accompanying Project – Indie Game Developer Nurturing Mentoring’ hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister Park Bo-gyun) and Korea Creative Content Agency (Director Hyeon-Rae Cho) and co-hosted by Haru Entertainment, Sogang University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, and Korea Indie Game Association will be unveiled at G-Star 2022, which runs from November 17th to November 20th.
Two excellent indie development teams who are conducting the ‘2022 Content Creative Talent Accompanying Project – Indie Game Developer Nurturing Mentoring’ will participate in this event.
The game names to be submitted to the event are ‘Young-Chul Warrior’ (Developer Lee Seon-Young) and ‘Katuba Poacher’ (Developer Yoo Young-Jo). A high level of perfection and gameplay characterizes it.
‘Young Chil Warrior’ is an idle RPG genre featuring cute SD characters and SNG elements, which is different from the existing idle type, with a sense of volume and fun of collecting. Developer Lee Seon-young said, “This is my first game development, and I want to make everything that I thought would be interesting because I don’t know what users like.” said his feelings.
‘Katuba’s Poacher’ is a side-scrolling action game that matches the rhythm of the music and features a nostalgic feel of an old arcade. Developer Yoo Young-jo said, “We aim for an IP game that can be fun and a fan.
Meanwhile, during the G-Star 2022 event, the Korea Indie Game Association will hold a rich giveaway event for visitors who participate in gameplay and review at the booth. More details can be found through the notice on Naver’s ‘Indiple’ cafe.
