Gyeonggi Content Agency (hereinafter referred to as Gyeongkonjin) is recruiting game production companies using content IP from March 24th to the 10th.
The IP-based game production support project, which has been in progress for seven years from 2017 to the present, applies the OSMU strategy to the game field to support game production using various content IPs to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized game companies in Gyeonggi-do.
Until last year, Gyeongkonjin supported developing and releasing 31 game projects through various IP partners. Representative games include ▲Maka & Roni ▲Fantasy Sister ▲Yumi’s Cells ▲Love Revolution, which recorded over 100,000 downloads.
In 2023, IP-based game production support will be carried out with partners of CJ ENM (animation, entertainment, and drama), Kakao Enter (webtoon), and EBS (education program, character IP), and five game developers in Gyeonggi-do will be supported. It is planned to select and support up to 110 million won in development support for each company.
