    Global indie publisher 2P Games and developer Worm Core Studio have officially launched RIP: Reincarnation Insurance Program (윤회 보험사 R.I.P.) into Steam Early Access as of January 26. This hybrid title promises to bridge the gap between the pick-up-and-play simplicity of the “Survivors-like” genre and the deep, loot-driven progression of classic Action RPGs like Diablo.

    The Corporate Grind… with Zombies

    Set in a near-future Earth ravaged by a zombie virus, you don’t play as a legendary hero, but as an ace agent for the global conglomerate R.I.P. Corp. Your mission is to clear infested zones and rescue survivors—not out of the goodness of your heart, but to meet your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quarterly targets.

    This black comedy setting serves as a satirical nod to modern office life, where even during a literal apocalypse, the “Company Performance” remains the top priority.

    • Impactful Combat (Unreal Engine 5): Unlike many casual Survivors-like games, RIP focuses heavily on physical feedback. Utilizing UE5, the game delivers satisfying “thuds” from shotguns, the sharp “whir” of chainsaws, and visceral dismemberment effects that make the combat feel weighty and responsive.
    • Deep Loot & Build Variety: The game features a robust equipment system with over 50 random attributes, allowing for thousands of potential builds. From “Freezing enemies on hit” to “Damage scaling with movement speed,” players can craft highly specific playstyles.
