Intragames (CEO Bae Sang-chan) announced on the 1st that it would start pre-ordering the console package of ‘Skul: The Hero Slayer’, developed by South4 Games and published by Neowiz and its own company.
The ‘Skull: The Hero Slayer’ console package will be released simultaneously in Korea and Japan on April 14 for PlayStation®4 and Nintendo Switch™, and contains various components to give gamers a collectible value. Japanese distribution is handled by Happynet.
‘Skull: The Hero Slayer’ console package is divided into two types: standard edition and deluxe edition. The standard edition consists of ‘Skull: The Hero Slayer’ game package and art book, and the deluxe edition provides ‘Skull: The Hero Slayer’ game package and art book, as well as game OST and 4 metal pin badges.
The art book contains 100 kinds of characters that can be transformed while playing the game, including the main character ‘Skull’. The OST contains a total of 22 songs, from the music on the game start screen to various background music you can listen to while playing the game. Four pin badges were designed according to the badge shape: Little Bone, Hunter, Dark Paladin, and Grim Reaper.
‘Skull: The Hero Slayer’ is an indie game in the rogue-lite action platformer genre featuring 2D pixel art graphics and fast and exciting battles. Since it was released on PC Steam on January 21, 2021, it has set an unprecedented record of selling more than 1 million copies for the first time in a domestic indie game, and has been selling successfully, receiving ‘very positive’ reviews from users.
