The event drew more than 220 game developers and industry professionals.

Ryong Games and AbyssWhiz shared honest stories of survival and success in the highly competitive mobile game market with limited resources, striking a chord with many indie developers in the audience.
SpringComms’ CEO Sung-Young Seo analyzed current trends in the puzzle game market and outlined actionable strategies for global success. Smilegate’s Jae-Young Han offered an in-depth case study on how even large-scale studios can remain agile and take proactive steps to adapt to evolving markets.
AFI CEO Oh-Hyun Kwon wrapped up the seminar with insights drawn from Backend’s journey of growing alongside its clients. He detailed critical metrics and operational practices that small studios must monitor for sustainable success.
