2021 ‘SPP:GAME Networking Day’ is a subsidiary event of ‘SPP:GAME’ scheduled to be held from the 13th to the 16th and will be held together with the ‘G-Rank Challenge Seoul Award’ awards ceremony on the afternoon of the 16th. ‘SPP:GAME’ is a game-specialized global networking event, ‘SPP:GAME B2B Day’ from the 13th to 15th, ‘SPP Partners Day: Game’ seminar on the 16th and ‘G-Rank Challenge Seoul Award’ It consists of ‘SPP: GAME Networking Day’ consisting of awards ceremony.

The event begins with a lecture on ‘2021 Indie Game Issues and Survival Strategies’ by Game Dong-a, a game media outlet. It presents various survival strategies that indie developers can take by looking back on the game industry issues this year from the perspective of a game journalist and diagnosing the year 2022 one step ahead.
Also, the Korea Game Developers Association prepared a lecture on NFT games. We talk about the background, current situation, and problems that led to the growth of NFT games. In addition, we plan to cover the overall contents of NFT games that have emerged as a hot topic, such as sharing strategies for successful NFT game development and service.
Neowiz, which has been promoting win-win growth with indie developers by continuously discovering indie games, will give a lecture on the 7 habits of successful indie games from the perspective of investors. The success factors of a few successful indie games among numerous games are explained from the investor’s point of view.
Meanwhile, on ‘SPP: GAME Networking Day’, the 2021 2nd ‘G-Rank Challenge Seoul Award’ awards ceremony will also be held on this day.
The ‘G-Rank Challenge Seoul Award’ is a traditional game awards ceremony operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and SBA to revitalize the domestic game industry and support startups. It will be revealed at the awards ceremony. Each of the three selected games will receive 2 million won in prize money and follow-up support such as media promotion.
The 2021 ‘SPP:GAME Networking Day’ is open to all game development startups and indie game developers based in Seoul, and can be pre-registered online by 10:00 on December 16th.
