OFFMOON Launches as a ₩1,100 Flat-Rate Steam Publisher — Superfast’s New Indie Label Plans Up to 50 Titles by Year End

    By Editorial Team2026년 07월 15일3 Mins Read

Superfast — the holding company behind mobile game studio 111percent, known for Random Dice, Much More Luck Game, and Hyeobta-D — has launched OFFMOON, a dedicated Steam publishing subsidiary, with four titles released simultaneously at a uniform price of ₩1,100 / $1 USD.

The pricing is the strategy. Steam indie games typically range from $5-20; OFFMOON’s flat $1 price point eliminates the cost-benefit calculation for most potential buyers. OFFMOON Label Director Lee Seon-hwa described the intention directly: “There are many indie games that can’t reach players due to budget or marketing limitations. The ₩1,100 policy isn’t simply a low-price strategy — it’s about letting more players discover hidden value in games without being constrained by price.”

The name OFFMOON reflects this philosophy: the “moon” (달) disappearing (off) to reveal what was obscured by its light — new value found in overlooked places. It’s a publishing identity built around discovery rather than prestige.

    The Four Launch Titles

The opening lineup spans enough genre ground to avoid looking like a narrow bet:

Chill Cat — 3v3 casual top-down action shooter
    Dealer’s Dice — single-player strategy, high-risk dice defense
HellDeck — dark roguelite deckbuilding defense
Who Am I Next?! : Animals — 7-player action casual brawler

The spread from party brawler to solo strategy to roguelite deckbuilder signals that OFFMOON is positioning itself as a general-discovery publisher rather than a genre specialist. At $1 each, players with any of these genre interests face essentially no friction in trying titles outside their usual preferences.

    The Commercial Logic

The $1 price floor works commercially if volume and discovery replace margin. OFFMOON’s plan of up to 50 titles by year-end provides the catalog density that makes a flat-rate discovery publisher viable — the value proposition to players is “a place where you can try many things cheaply,” which requires many things to try.

Superfast’s mobile publishing experience is the relevant infrastructure here. 111percent built audiences for free-to-play mobile games where the discovery-to-engagement funnel is primary and individual transaction value is low. Translating this model to Steam — where games are purchased rather than installed for free — is a genuine experiment, but the operational competence in catalog management, platform relationships, and audience development is transferable.

The stated goal of becoming a platform distributor beyond simple publishing, building “a new form of PC gaming ecosystem,” suggests ambitions beyond the current launch: OFFMOON positioning itself as an entry point to Steam for both players seeking low-cost discovery and developers seeking distribution with reduced commercial risk.

OFFMOON’s Steam page and YouTube channel are now live. The first four titles are available at ₩1,100 / $1 USD each.
