Gyeonggi Global Game Center Recruiting New Companies for the First Half of 2026 (Pangyo)

    By Editorial Team2025년 12월 19일Updated:2025년 12월 24일3 Mins Read

Opening the Future of the Gaming Industry in Pangyo

The Gyeonggi Global Game Center (GGC), operated by the Gyeonggi Content Agency (GCA), is recruiting new companies for the first half of 2026. This recruitment is designed to support the growth of promising game startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pangyo, Gyeonggi Province, the heart of South Korea’s gaming industry.

    Main recruitment details

This recruitment will select approximately 13 companies for space support and 10 companies for virtual offices . Selected companies will be able to move in for an initial period of one year, with additional extensions possible through a review process.

Companies moving in will receive full support for their deposits and rent, and will be provided with office space within the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center, located at 12 Daewangpangyo-ro 645beongil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.

    Various support benefits

The Gyeonggi Global Game Center goes beyond simply providing a space to support the comprehensive growth of gaming companies. Key areas of support include:

Through the Accelerating Program , resident companies receive systematic commercialization support, and the Demo Day program provides opportunities to connect with investors. Furthermore, promotional support through the center’s social media and online platforms, along with investment attraction and guarantee support, are provided.

It is linked to various programs of the Gyeonggi Content Promotion Agency, such as educational participation support, marketing support, and export support, and also provides convenient facilities such as conference rooms, lounges, steam rooms, OA internet, and a central heating and cooling system.

    Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants include companies operating a game-related business in Gyeonggi-do, companies that can relocate their headquarters to Gyeonggi-do within 30 days of moving in, and aspiring entrepreneurs who wish to start a game-related business in Gyeonggi-do.

However, support is restricted for companies that are in arrears with national or local taxes, have restrictions on participation in government or local government projects, are under regulation by financial institutions due to default, and are already receiving space support from the Gyeonggi Global Game Center as of the announcement deadline.

    Application method and schedule

Applications will be accepted until January 12, 2026 , and can be submitted via email ( gamecenter@gcon.or.kr ). The selection process will consist of a first-round document screening and a second-round presentation evaluation, with the final selection of successful applicants. Successful applicants will move in after signing the agreement.

An official from the Gyeonggi Content Agency stated, “The Gyeonggi Global Game Center is a specialized support project brand for the game industry supported by Gyeonggi Province and operated by the Gyeonggi Content Agency. We will do our best to support promising game companies to grow in Pangyo, the mecca of the game industry.”

For more detailed information, please visit the Gyeonggi Global Game Center website ( http://gnext.or.kr/) , and the announcement and application documents can be downloaded from the website.
