    Com2uS (CEO Song Jae-Jun, Joo-Hwan Song)’s global mega hit game ‘Summoners War: Arena in the Sky (hereafter Summoners War)’ achieved cumulative sales of KRW 3 trillion.

    ‘Summoners War’ surpassed 3 trillion won in cumulative sales at the end of September this year, proving the global popularity and long-term box office power of mobile game IP (intellectual property).

    ‘Summoners War’, which has been equally popular in Asia and Western countries since its launch in Korea in April 2014 and global in June, added 1 trillion won in 2 years and 10 months since November 2019, when it achieved 2 trillion won in sales. and confirmed the long-run life cycle and sustainable growth potential of mobile games.

    ‘Summoners War’ recorded 1 trillion won in single game sales for the first time in a Korean mobile game in March 2017, rewriting the history of Korean games. It ranked 2nd and 1st in sales in the US and Canada, the world’s largest game market, and set a unique record as a domestic mobile game. It is showing the aspect of the mobile game ‘All-Time Legend’ by steadily drawing its heyday every year.

    In fact, ‘Summoners War’ has been a box office hit all over the world for more than 8 years and has been constantly breaking its own records. After recording 10 million downloads within a month of starting the global service, it surpassed 100 million downloads in 2019 and 160 million downloads in June of this year. One in 50 people in the world is a ‘Summoners War’ user. It has reached the top in sales in 93 countries around the world, including three additional regions achieved this year, and entered the top 10 in sales in 143 countries.

    The growth of ‘Summoners War’ is based on strategic updates and close communication with users. By researching and introducing a variety of content that greatly enhances the fun of collecting and nurturing strategies, and a system tailored to the needs of users around the world, it provides a wide range of entertainment such as Gap of Another World, World Arena, Conquest War, Labyrinth, and Dimensional Hall. Monsters, the core content of ‘Summoners War’, are also newly introduced at an average of one per month after release, and 11.7 species are added every year.

    Recently, an update was made to make the game easier and more enjoyable, such as reorganizing guide quests for new users and collaborating with two global IPs.
