    Korea Indie Game Association, ‘The 7th Indie Seminar’ held on September 23rd

    The ‘Contents Creative Talent Open Special Lecture’ will be held on September 23rd (Friday), hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister Park Bo-gyun), Korea Creative Content Agency (President Cho Hyun-rae) and co-hosted by Haru Entertainment, Sogang University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, and Korea Digital Game Association. ) It will be held as an online and offline event at the Contents Talent Campus of the Korea Creative Content Agency.

    The ‘Indiple Seminar’, which celebrates its 7th anniversary this year, will be held from 2pm to 5pm, and anyone interested in indie development can participate, including students who dream of becoming game developers, current game developers, and the general public.

    The event was held on this day by Ji-hoe Moon, the content team leader of Meet & Grit, the production team for ‘Shindo Work Overtime, and Sang-won Kim, CEO of Pump Kim, the production company of ‘ALTF4’. Deputy Director Kim Min-su of Creative Strategy Department and Director Jeong-hoon Lee of Silver Lake Investment will give lectures on the topics of ‘government support project’ and ‘funding’, which are difficult for indie developers, and will be conducted in a total of 4 sessions.

    In addition, a talk concert will be held under the theme of ‘Production strategy according to changes in the indie game market and diversification of platforms’ as the moderator of the all-in-one announcer. The talk concert will be held with lecturers discussing and sharing opinions on the topic from the developer’s point of view.

    After all events, a ‘network party’ will be held to help indie developers networking. It is a natural place for developers to share opinions and information, and there are also recruiting speeches for team members, gift giving through lottery, and various events. The sponsorship of this event was supported by companies such as Xsolla and Naver Cloud.

    The ‘7th Indie Seminar’, an open special lecture for the 2022 Contents Creative Talent Accompanying Business, can be viewed and applied for in detail through the notice in the Naver ‘Indiple’ cafe, and can also be viewed live on the official YouTube channel of the Korea Indie Game Association. can
