Final 2 Companies Selected for ‘Superfast Next’, a Next-Generation Game Discovery Program

    By Editorial Team2026년 09월 01일3 Mins Read
    • Two finalists selected out of a total of 100 teams… Support ranging from investment to publishing
    • From PC and console developers to one-person studios… Two new titles to be released in the first half of next year

IP culture tech company SuperFast announced on the 1st that it has confirmed Tripearl Games and Keymaker Games as the final selected teams for its game discovery, investment, and nurturing program, ‘SUPERFAST NEXT’.

‘Superfast Next’ is a program that discovers games and developers with potential and supports their investment and business growth.

A total of 100 teams applied for this program, and 20 teams that passed the document screening participated in the pitching day last July. Superfast ultimately selected two teams based on a comprehensive evaluation of game completeness, development capabilities, and growth potential.

Tripearl Games (CEO Man-son Jung) is a developer specializing in full 3D action games for PC and consoles, composed of a veteran development team including CEO Man-son Jung, who has 24 years of experience.

We are currently developing the roguelite action game ‘Player Who Can’t Level Up,’ based on Kakao Entertainment’s popular webtoon IP, and the Soulslike genre game ‘VEDA.’

Keymaker Games (CEO Nam-Won Lee) is a one-person development studio that has recorded a cumulative 10 million downloads over the past 10 years, releasing titles such as ‘Dark Sword’ and ‘Undestroyed’.

The new title ‘IRON SHADOW: Survival Protocol’ combines action with the repetitive gameplay of the survival genre and has recently received positive reviews from global users through its Steam demo version.

Both ‘Player Who Can’t Level Up’ and ‘Iron Shadow: Survival Protocol’ are targeted for official release in the first half of next year. The publishing of both titles will be handled by Offmoon, Superfast’s Steam-specialized label.

“We selected the two teams after personally playing the submissions and thoroughly reviewing their entertainment value, development capabilities, and growth potential,” said Kim Kang-an, CEO of Superfast. “We will create synergy in line with Superfast’s commitment to discovering excellent IPs and investing in them.”

“I decided to apply because I resonated with Superfast’s vision of contemplating the optimal methods to achieve goals rather than adhering to standardized processes,” said Jung Man-son, CEO of Tri-Pulle Games. “We will combine our respective strengths to create meaningful results.”

Lee Nam-won, CEO of Keymaker Games, stated, “We will overcome the marketing and promotion limitations faced as a one-person development team through Superfast’s infrastructure,” adding, “We will further enhance the quality of the game based on professional feedback.”
