99 Lives, One Package: Co-op Horror Comedy ‘Panic Delivery’ Unveiled

    By Editorial Team2026년 03월 31일3 Mins Read
    • The Concept: A 4-player co-op horror comedy where disposable clones navigate monster-infested zones to deliver packages.
    • The Hook: A high-stakes “99 Shared Lives” system—if the team runs out, the entire session resets.
    • The Devs: Italy’s Invader Studios, known for the Daymare survival horror series, pivots to a chaotic roguelite structure.
    • The Launch: Slated for Early Access in Q2 2026 on PC (Steam).

In a future where human life is cheap and clones are the backbone of the logistics industry, “losing a coworker” is just another line item on the expense report. Invader Studios has officially announced its latest project, Panic Delivery, a game that blends the tension of Lethal Company with the polished horror aesthetics the studio is known for.

Disposable Heroes: The 99 Lives System

The most striking feature of Panic Delivery is the team-wide 99 Shared Lives mechanic. In this dystopian world, clones are mass-produced to ensure the mail never stops.

    • Shared Consequences: Every death counts against the team’s total pool. If you hit zero, you lose your current cargo, items, and session profits.
    • Persistent Growth: While a “Game Over” wipes your immediate progress, individual growth—such as cosmetic unlocks, achievements, and titles—remains permanent, encouraging players to dive back into the meat grinder.

From Haunted Fairs to Antarctic Bases

Players will take on three primary mission types: Delivery (hauling cargo through hostile zones), Recovery (tracking lost shipments), and Smuggling (delivering illegal goods to human resistance factions). To keep the terror fresh, the game utilizes procedurally generated levels across various eerie locales:

    • The Panic Factory: The very birthplace of the clones you control.
    • Monstrous Amusement Parks: Joy turned into a living nightmare.
    • Antarctic Research Bases: Where alien secrets wait in the sub-zero dark.

A Shift in Tone for Invader Studios

Known for the “Resident Evil-inspired” Daymare: 1998 and Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle, Invader Studios is stepping out of its comfort zone. While Panic Delivery retains the studio’s talent for creature design and atmosphere, it injects a heavy dose of Black Comedy and social satire. The addition of Proximity Voice Chat ensures that the inevitable screams of your teammates are as funny as they are frightening.

    The Community Verdict

The “99 Lives” twist has already sparked heated discussions on Reddit and Steam, with fans praising the unique tension it brings to the “Extraction Horror” genre. Given Invader Studios’ pedigree in pure horror, expectations are high for the monster variety and environmental storytelling.
