Com2uS (CEO Nam Jae-kwan) announced that it will host the second edition of its global game development contest, ‘COME:ON,’ designed to discover and support promising game developers worldwide.
Following its successful debut last year—which attracted more than 250 submissions from aspiring creators—Com2uS is once again partnering with the Game Culture Foundation (Chairman Yoo Byung-han) to nurture the next generation of creative talent in the gaming industry.
The competition welcomes original game projects developed by participants themselves. Anyone aged 14 or older residing in Korea with an interest in game development is eligible to enter. This year’s contest expands participation eligibility to include independent developers and members of small indie studios, creating broader opportunities for diverse talent.
The prize pool totals 40 million KRW, including a grand prize of 20 million KRW. Winners will receive additional benefits such as extra points in Com2uS recruitment, as well as free access to Com2uS’s global game platform, HIVE, to support further development and distribution.
Submissions will be accepted through the official contest website from October 30 to December 31, 2025.
Since 2018, Com2uS has supported creative talent through its ‘Com2uS Global Contents Literature Award,’ which encouraged storytelling and IP creation across the global gaming and entertainment industry. Building on that legacy, ‘COME:ON’ focuses on discovering innovative game developers and IPs that will contribute to both domestic and international game industry growth.
