NCSoft (CEO Kim Taek-jin, from now on referred to as NC) announced on the 7th that it would support game startups for the 7th consecutive year at ‘G-STAR 2023’ to be held in Busan on the 16th.
NC has been helping startups participate in G-STAR since 2017 to revitalize the gaming industry and promote coexistence. Over the past seven years, with the support of NC, over 100 startups have had the opportunity to promote games and attract investment at G-Star.
This year, four startups are participating in G-Star sponsored by NC, including ▲Pumpkin E&M ▲M&M Soft ▲Devs United Games ▲Mokum. NC will set up a ‘Startup with NC’ booth at the G-Star BTB hall and exhibit games. ‘Startup with NC’ is the brand name of NC that sponsors startups and small and medium-sized businesses in the gaming industry.
In addition to G-Star, NC is helping startups participate in major domestic and international game shows such as ‘Busan Indie Connect Festival (BIC),’ ‘Play Expo,’ and ‘Taiwan Game Show.’
