    Game Culture Foundation, 2022 Guardian Game Literacy Education

    The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Korea Creative Content Agency, and the Game Culture Foundation (hereafter referred to as the Foundation) conducted the ‘2022 Guardian Game Literacy Education-Online Relay Education’ (hereinafter referred to as education) from September 13 to November 3 to promote communication and understanding with children. ) is carried out.

    This education guides the wise game instruction method to solve the game culture conflict at home, which is getting serious due to the prolonged Corona 19, and communicate with children through games. In addition, in line with the post-corona era, which avoids physical contact, it also suggests ways to enjoy game culture through non-face-to-face communication.

    Educational programs include △Humanities and Society (a new era, understanding games as a new art, replaying games through metacognition) △Understanding and recognizing game culture (improving awareness of game culture and understanding your children’s game culture) △Game use (children’s games) Guidance on usage and correct parental attitude) △ Aptitude/Career (advance to game-related departments and career settings) △ Over-immersion in games (culture and art healing program, correct online lifestyle), professional lectures by inviting experts in each field will provide

    This training is run for 15 sessions using the online platform Zoom, and you can participate for free anywhere in the country as long as you have a smartphone or PC. If you are an adult wishing to participate in education, you can apply after selecting ‘Guardian Game Literacy Lecture’ in On/Off Mix.

    In addition, the foundation opened a new ‘game literacy website’ to deliver information on ‘guardian game literacy education’ and to apply for education. On the website, you can check the details of the training, training-related materials, notices, and training results records.
