    ‘Touch the Demon King’ is a mobile side-scrolling RPG genre, and it is a game depicting the story of a mercenary group going to defeat the awakened demon king. The developer tried to contain the fun of unraveling the story while leading the mercenary team and clearing the stage, as well as the fun of combat manipulation emphasizing the growth factor of RPGs and action.

    The developer decided that it was a pity to use well-made illustrations lightly, so they used Spine 2D to add liveliness to the character. In the future, the character will be strengthened by adding voices with voiceover recordings, and various characters will be updated.

    Game battle using dot design

    The developer tried several styles in the early stages of development, but it was decided that the fun of the game would be maximized by introducing the dot sensibility.

    Decorate your own hideout

    As the battle continues, the mercenary team’s condition deteriorates, so if you rest in the hideout, you can recover more quickly. Also, the more you decorate the hideout, the faster the recovery speed will be, and you can invite friends to the hideout to share the buff.

    Tag system with enhanced operability

    The developer thought about how to use various skills to revive the strategy, and in the process, he went through a lot of testing, changing the operation method 4 or 5 times. As a result, through the tag system, the unique cool battle pattern is not compromised, and the play method is not frustrating and has a strong strategic play method, and it is currently improving its level of perfection.

    Basically, automatic battle is supported, but strategic play is possible in scenario stages or in essential situations. For example, when strong defense is required, a variety of strategies are required, such as tagging a tank-type character and attacking by tagging a dealer-type character for a strong blow.

    The game is currently over 50% developed and is being developed with the goal of launching in February 2022 .
