- Jointly promoted by the Korea Content Creative Agency, Sogang University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, and the Korea Artificial Intelligence Game Association
- Targeting indie game developers… 22 selected, approximately 6.5 months of mentoring support
The Korea Creative Content Agency, the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of Sogang University, and the Korea Artificial Intelligence Game Association are recruiting creative trainees (mentees) for the ‘2026 Content Creative Talent Partnership Program’ to foster creative talent who will lead the future game industry.

This project aims to strengthen the AI-based game development capabilities of young creators through apprenticeship-style mentoring with industry experts (mentors) and to support their practical entry into the industry.
In particular, this year, under the theme of “Mentoring for Developer Training Using AI to Improve Game Development Efficiency,” practical, hands-on training will be conducted by integrating generative AI into the entire game development process, including planning, art, server, level design, and marketing. The mentoring team will consist of industry experts and representatives from major domestic game companies such as Neople, Com2uS, Unity Korea, and Smilegate, who are scheduled to provide close, project-based mentoring.
A total of 22 aspiring creators and indie game developers (teams) aged 19 to 34 will be selected. Selected participants will sign an agreement for approximately 6.5 months, from May 1 to November 15, 2026, and will participate in institution-specific educational programs and mentoring processes alongside the development of individual projects. Trainees will be provided with support for creative activities, as well as opportunities for practical, hands-on training and project execution.
Applications will be accepted online from April 1, 2026, until 11:00 AM on April 15, and final successful candidates will be selected through document and interview screenings. Applications can be submitted through the designated online application portal, and required documents such as the application form, personal statement, project plan, and portfolio must be submitted.
An association official stated, “With AI technology rapidly spreading throughout game development, this program focuses on equipping creators with skills that can be immediately applied to practical work,” adding, “We look forward to the active participation of talented individuals equipped with both creativity and technical skills.”
