Smilegate game platform Stove is launching two official Korean versions of the famous Japanese visual novel ‘PARQUET’ and the highly anticipated Korean indie game ‘Sisters Curriculum’ and conducting various promotions.
‘Parque’ is the first game title produced by Usesoft SOUR, a sub-label under Usesoft, a visual novel game developer famous for ‘Sanova Witch’ and ‘Riddle Joker’. It is a science fiction romance visual novel genre game featuring three main characters created through an experiment with a technology that connects the brain and machines called ‘BMI’. The play deals with the events that the main characters, who harbor the secret of ‘BMI’, face while living together.
In addition to the main characters’ stories, you can also enjoy looking for heroines from previous works of Yuzusoft who appear as cameos in the background. At its release, ‘Parque’ gained popularity from fans of visual novels, near-future and science fiction genres, including in Japan and around the world, and received favorable reviews, with 96% of reviews on Steam being ‘overwhelmingly positive’.
Stove is conducting a pre-sale ahead of the release of ‘Sisters Curriculum’ developed by Korean indie game developer Wajajak (CEO Sirin Lee). ‘Sister’s Curriculum’ is a visual novel that tells the story of what happens when the main character, a college student with a bad relationship, receives a high-paying tutoring offer from two sisters who are re-examination students with whom they have a terrible relationship.
The demo version attracted a lot of attention, and crowdfunding through Tumblbug achieved 100% of the target funding amount and 2,000% (approximately 60 million won) in just 2 minutes. This is the second-highest record among all subculture visual novel games featuring Tumblbug heroines, and Sisters Curriculum has established itself as a highly anticipated visual novel game.
‘Sisters Curriculum’ is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, the 3rd of next month. Stove is conducting an exclusive pre-purchase of it before its release. First, you can purchase it at a 15% discount until the launch, and you can also receive particular goods such as a multi-cleaner, three types of mini bookmarks, and holographic postcard stickers.
