Steam Demo Released for Roguelite Action ‘Player Who Can’t Level Up’

Tri-Pulle Games (CEO Man-Son Jung) announced that it will release a Steam demo version of its 3D stylish action roguelike game, ‘The Player Who Can’t Level Up’ (hereinafter ‘Remotple’), currently under development, on April 23 at 2 p.m. KST.

The game garnered attention after winning the “Most Anticipated Game” award at last year’s G-Star Indie Awards. Based on the original Kakao Webtoon IP, it has been considered a highly anticipated title not only among webtoon fans but also among users who prefer stylish action.

In particular, it stands out for featuring an original story unique to the game based on the original protagonist and worldview, allowing players to experience a new narrative not found in the webtoon. The game aims to be a single-player-focused action roguelite, with a fast combat tempo and a growth structure based on replayability being its core elements. The controls and action presentation tailored for PC and console environments are also notable features.

In this demo version, you can experience the exhilarating action unique to ‘Remotple’ through fast movement, combo attacks, skill utilization, and decision-making elements tailored to the combat tempo. It also includes some of the repetitive challenges and build-changing elements characteristic of roguelites, allowing you to get a preview of the game’s core fun.

‘Remotple’ is currently under development with the goal of launching on PC and console platforms. Through the release of the demo, the developers plan to collect user feedback and continuously refine the combat system and gameplay flow.
