“Startup with NC” Booth at G-STAR B2B Hall Showcases Emerging Studios
NCSoft (Co-CEOs Kim Taek-jin and Park Byung-moo) announced its continued support for game startups by sponsoring participation in G-STAR 2025, Korea’s largest game exhibition.

For the ninth consecutive year since 2017, NCSoft has backed early-stage developers through its “Startup with NC” initiative — part of the company’s long-term commitment to fostering industry growth and collaboration.
At this year’s G-STAR B2B Hall (November 13–15), NCSoft will host a dedicated “Startup with NC” booth featuring four promising studios:
- Newcore Games
- Gangnam Games
- NadiaSoft
- Influsion
These startups will present their latest titles, hold business meetings, and explore investment and publishing opportunities with domestic and international partners.
Sustained Commitment to Indie and Startup Ecosystems
Beyond G-STAR, NCSoft has also consistently supported key indie game events such as the Busan Indie Connect Festival (BIC), IndieCraft, and the Taipei Game Show, providing smaller developers with exposure to global audiences and industry networks.
Jang Hyun-young, NCSoft’s Executive Director of External Relations, emphasized the importance of nurturing early-stage creators:
“The growth of startups is essential to maintaining a healthy and innovative game ecosystem. NCSoft will continue investing in initiatives that support sustainable growth and collaboration across the industry.”
Fostering Sustainable Growth in the Korean Game Industry
Through ongoing initiatives like Startup with NC, NCSoft reaffirms its leadership role in bridging established companies and emerging creators, driving a more dynamic and inclusive future for Korea’s gaming industry.
