Seongnam, South Korea – September 17, 2025 – The city of Seongnam (Mayor Shin Sang-jin) announced that the Game Culture Festival “GXG 2025 (Game culture X Generation 2025)” will take place on September 19–20 at Pangyo Station Plaza. Hosted by Seongnam City and organized by the Seongnam Industry Promotion Agency and the Game Culture Foundation, GXG has become the largest urban game culture festival in Korea, bringing together industry professionals, gamers, and citizens in a city-center celebration.

Expanded Programs: Play, Art, and Collaboration
This year’s theme programs include “THE PLAY” (interactive experiences) and “THE ART” (exhibitions), blending participation from global publishers, local companies, university students, and youth creators. The GXG Collaboration Zone—featuring IndieCraft, Illustar Fest, Seongnam Youth Flea Market, and GV2025—broadens the festival’s diversity. The 2025 edition expands its footprint by an additional block compared to last year, ensuring more space and richer activities for visitors.
