Neowiz announced on August 4 that it will participate in Gamescom 2025, one of the world’s top three gaming events, showcasing a selection of its published indie games.

Through this event, Neowiz aims to introduce its uniquely crafted indie titles to the global market while further solidifying its position as a global publisher.
Gamescom 2025 will be held from August 20 to 24 in Cologne, Germany. Neowiz will set up its own booth in the Indie Arena Booth, featuring four titles:
- Hello Seoul: Itaewon Episode
- Shape of Dreams
- Kill the Shadow
- And the globally acclaimed hit SANABI
The booth will include demo stations where attendees can play each game hands-on.
One highlight is the presence of the Lizard Smoothie development team, creators of Shape of Dreams, who will be attending the booth to interact with players and gather valuable on-site feedback to further polish the game. Additionally, a limited-edition vinyl featuring the OST “Crescent Moon” from Hello Seoul: Itaewon Episode will be showcased, alongside special events offering themed pins and badges.
Neowiz will also promote its own narrative-focused indie game competition, Neowiz Quest, as part of its ongoing efforts to foster the indie game ecosystem beyond just publishing.
Among the showcased titles:
- Hello Seoul: Itaewon Episode, developed by Jino Games, is a narrative-driven puzzle platformer that won Grand Prix and Art awards at BIC Festival 2024.
- Shape of Dreams is a MOBA roguelike action game by Lizard Smoothie.
- Kill the Shadow is developed by the Chinese indie studio Shadowlight, aiming to gain international recognition through the event.
- Lastly, SANABI, which received “Overwhelmingly Positive” reviews on Steam, is expected to continue its popularity in the European market.
