Krafton Jungle is Krafton’s CSR program that selects and nurtures applicants who wish to transition their careers to software developers. It was designed to contribute to solving the software manpower shortage in the domestic industry and creating youth employment. The goal is to develop the ability to grow as a core developer through camps, team-based collaboration, and self-directed learning experiences.
