    Unity, the latest technology webinar, ‘Unity Dev Weeks’ held on the 23rd

    Unity Korea (hereafter referred to as Unity) will hold a webinar called ‘Unity Dev Weeks’ on May 23 to showcase Unity’s latest technology and how to use it.

    Unity Dev Weeks, which resumes two years after 2021, is an event designed to share various practical information and professional knowledge with creators. Experts in various fields share examples and insights into using the Unity engine and provide practical help to creators.

    In this webinar, Unity plans to present rich sessions for stakeholders in various fields, including game development, architecture, robots, VR, XR, and app business. The program will focus on game development in the first week, and in the second week, the program will focus on use cases and insights in various industries.

    This year’s Unity Dev Weeks will be live-streamed on Unity’s official YouTube channel for a total of 6 days, from May 23rd to May 25th and May 30th to June 1st. This event is pre-registered through Unity Square; anyone can participate for free.

    Notable sessions in the 1st-week webinar include ‘Implementing the ZEPETO World with Unity and Going Global’ by Naver Jet’s Yura Hwang, Tech Evangelist, and ‘Development of Rendering Techniques and Optimization Functions Used in Summoners War: Chronicle’ by Com2uS Polyforce Studio’s Jincheol Kim, Render Part Leader. Sessions like ‘Sky Island: Lookdev of the game we want’ by Com2uS lighting artist Ikji Kim will be held.

    In addition, Hiroki Omae, Senior Director of Unity Japan, held a session on the theme of ‘Unity Anime Toolkit,’ an animation and video production package, and Keijiro Takahashi, Senior Advocate Advocate, will host a session on ‘Multi-Platform Deployment of ONNX Neural Network Models Using Unity Barracuda.’

    Kim Bo-young, head of Unity Korea, said, “As this event was well-received for providing a place for learning and communication to creators in 2020 and 2021, this event aims to invite speakers from more diverse fields to share richer stories.” If you have a lot of interest in the latest technology issues, anyone can easily participate, so please join us.”
