NCsoft (CEO Taekjin Kim, hereafter referred to as NC) will hold a recruitment briefing session and job briefing session ahead of the 2022 public recruitment of new employees.
NC Ruiting Day Part 1, a live recruitment briefing session for NC 2022 new recruits, will be held simultaneously online and offline at 7 pm on October 5th. Anyone can watch it through the NC (NC) official YouTube channel, and through selection from among those who apply in advance, the NC (NC) Pangyo R&D Center office building provides an opportunity to participate in the offline field.
At the briefing session, a hiring manager will appear and explain the company and the hiring process directly and provide helpful advice when joining the company. The person in charge of each job will introduce the departmental collaboration process and conduct a Q&A to answer the questions of the applicants. For offline participants, a Q&A program was also prepared before the briefing session with the NC office building tour and hiring managers.
The metaverse job briefing session ‘NCruiting Day Part2’ will be held on October 7th through NC’s new metaverse platform ‘miniverse’. The minibus will be unveiled for the first time through a job briefing session. It is a user-created metaverse platform that allows users to enjoy various online meetings through avatars based on 3D space.
NC has prepared a plan that allows more applicants to participate through the minibus, going beyond the 1:1 job counseling method. The briefing session consisted of a ‘job introduction session’ where job managers deliver information and a ‘real-time question-and-answer session’ to resolve questions. Applicants can check information through various contents such as tour of the NC office building, watching a recruitment promotion video, hiring consultation, and a treasure hunt event at the minibus briefing hall implemented with the camping concept.
Applications for the offline recruitment briefing session and job briefing session will be held for a total of 5 days from the 26th to the 30th at 2 pm through the ‘2022 New Employee Open Recruitment Information Webpage’. The first 1,000 customers will receive a snack gift card.
Applications for open recruitment of NC 2022 new employees will be accepted from September 30 to October 12. Detailed information such as recruitment information will be published on the ‘2022 Open Recruitment Guide Web Page’ and ‘NC Recruitment Homepage’.
