From Steam exposure to sales charts… Tangible results immediately after launch
‘Pebble Knights’ had built a fanbase through successful crowdfunding and awards even before its release, and this pre-launch anticipation translated into tangible results. After being selected for Steam’s ‘Popular Upcoming’ section prior to launch, it was featured in the ‘Popular New Releases’ section of the Steam main page immediately after release, capturing the attention of global users.
Sales indicators are also positive. On the first day of release, the game ranked in the top 30 in Korea and the top 20 in China on the Steam Top 30 Games (based on sales revenue) chart, establishing a stable foothold in major domestic and international markets simultaneously. The influx of users is also encouraging. After recording a peak concurrent user count of 1,500 on the first day, the game surpassed 1,800 on the second day, continuing its upward trend.
Growth by day, combat by night… tense, cooperative gameplay
The game is set in a world plunged into crisis by the invasion of the ‘Hell Mold’ legion. Players must choose between a King or an Elite Knight to repel the fungal invaders. The gameplay unfolds in a day-night cycle. During the day, players gather resources and prepare defenses, while at night, battles take place to fend off waves of incoming enemies.
In a cooperative structure for 1 to 5 players, build designs utilizing various characteristic combinations are possible, and unpredictable situations arising from player interactions serve as the core fun of the game. These elements add to the viewing enjoyment, garnering a positive response as streaming content as well.
The early access version includes a new area called ‘Underworld,’ which has been expanded with content including 23 types of bosses and 18 event rooms.

The subsequent Tumblbug crowdfunding project achieved 146% of its target, confirming the support of the domestic indie game fanbase. This project, which included limited in-game costumes and various limited merchandise, garnered attention as an indicator proving the game’s potential even before its release.
