Global indie game publisher Devolver Digital will release ‘Children of the Sun’, a stylish third-person shooter developed by German solo developer René Rother, on February 2nd, Korean time. revealed.
‘Children of the Sun’ is a story about a girl taking revenge on a heretical religious group that destroyed her life, and the main character ‘THE GIRL’ has a unique feature in that she can only fire one bullet per stage. It has settings.
Gamers can only use a single bullet, but can change its trajectory by colliding with objects, and perform various strategies such as defying gravity by passing through obstacles, penetrating armor, and obstacles.
Combining the genres of sniping, stealth action, and puzzles, ‘Children of the Sun’ aims for speed, efficiency, and accuracy, and involves the protagonist chasing down an evil heretic and his nemesis, THE LEADER. In the process, the characters’ dark pasts, vicious crimes committed for the sake of religion, and the protagonist’s heartbreaking backstory are covered.
