Pearl Abyss (CEO Jinyoung Heo) is recruiting 2022 recruitment-related summer interns from the 16th (Sat).
Recruitment fields are ▲programming ▲art ▲game design ▲business and operation ▲marketing ▲HR ▲video production. The target audience is high school graduates and those expected to graduate within February 2023.
Applicants can apply through the Pearl Abyss Recruitment website from April 16 (Sat) to May 8 (Sun). Applicants who pass the document will go through a job test and interview depending on the job. The final successful candidates will be given an opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on the evaluation after working as an intern for 8 weeks from the end of June.

Pearl Abyss became the first game company to abolish the comprehensive wage system in 2017, and pays 500,000 won per month to residents living near the company and employees with children. In addition to this, it provides various welfare benefits such as interest loans for housing funds, school expenses for children, housekeeping, and pet insurance. Pearl Abyss is about to move into a new office building in Gwacheon in July of this year.
