Gembllo Company has been finally selected as a platform institution in the game sector for the ‘2026 Content Creative Talent Development Program’ organized by the Korea Creative Content Agency for this year as well, following last year.
This project is characterized by not only fostering new creative talent but also strengthening follow-up support for existing graduates. Gemblio Company plans to operate the project for approximately seven months from April to November under the program ‘2026 Global Game Project – Dominate Online & Offline with AI,’ providing both mentoring and follow-up support.
The mentoring program aims to develop the creative abilities of young talents and foster key personnel for the content industry through apprenticeship-style mentoring by experts in the field of content creation. In particular, this program selects creators in the digital and analog fields separately and provides them with AI utilization training, specialized field-specific education, and creative support funds. A total of eight mentors will participate to provide intensive guidance to 16 aspiring creators in a 1:2 format.
The most notable change this year is the ‘follow-up support’ system. Follow-up support is divided into two types. Project A is a demand-tailored, small-scale support program for all graduates, while Project B focuses on selecting outstanding projects to assist with actual market entry and commercialization.
The mentoring program conducted by Gemblio Company plans to select creators for both digital and analog media, and will provide the selected creators with creative support funds as well as various training, including AI utilization methods and field-specific education. 1:2 mentoring will be conducted with a total of 8 mentors, and the program plans to recruit 16 aspiring creators who possess the talent and aptitude for game creation.
For the follow-up support program, we are recruiting projects corresponding to Follow-up Support Program B. We provide support for creation and market entry in various fields, including actual game development and enhancement, launching, funding, contracting, and release, as well as support in diverse business areas such as promotion, startups, investment, and IP rights protection. We are recruiting a total of eight projects, specifically seeking creators among graduates of the Content Creative Talent Development Program who possess projects capable of commercialization.
Applicants wishing to participate must submit required documents, including an application form and a self-introduction, by midnight on April 15. Final selections will be made following document and interview evaluations. Selected participants will participate in the program until November 15. Mentoring participants will receive a monthly creative support grant of 1.5 million won for six months, while those selected for follow-up support can receive creative and business consulting along with development support worth up to 24 million won.
