GeomGyulDan (CEO Choi Da-yeon), an indie game development studio based in Korea, has released a new demo version of its upcoming mystery story adventure game “KILLA” on Steam as of April 4.

A Glimpse into a Unique World of Mystery and Emotion

The newly launched demo offers players a firsthand look at KILLA’s distinctive atmosphere, including its original world-building, hand-crafted visual style, and immersive sound design. The playable content features a deep dive into the past of the protagonist Valhalla and her late mentor, setting the stage for the full story.

“KILLA” follows the journey of Valhalla, a young woman determined to uncover the truth behind her mentor’s death and carry out her final wish: “Kill LA.” In this narrative-driven adventure game, players must unravel the mystery and seek revenge by identifying the culprit.

KILLA’s unique investigation mechanics, based on the “Resonance” and “Dream” systems, set it apart. These allow players to enter a suspect’s mental landscape, gather clues, and develop psychological profiles. The game explores complex relationships and emotional depth between characters, enhancing its narrative weight.
