– (Resident companies) Around 12 companies in total (Occupancy period: September 2023~)
– (Game Venture 4.0) Around 11 teams (companies) (Occupancy period: end of August 2023~)

◆ Recruitment scale by type
– (Occupant) five small, six medium, one large
– (Game Venture 4.0) 4 seats for one person, five seats for two people, two seats for four people
– When applying for occupancy, select the type and size you wish to apply for

◆ Workforce
– (Occupant) The minimum number of resident workers per 2 평(pyeong) is 1, and compliance is required when moving in.
– (Game Venture 4.0) Mandatory attendance of at least 60% of the staff in the application form during the move-in period

– (Occupant) Up to 4 years (basic two years, can be extended twice for one year depending on the extension evaluation result)
