The Korea Artificial Intelligence Game Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) announced that it will operate a joint booth with PARCO GAMES and IMI at G-STAR 2025, Korea’s largest international game exhibition, to be held at BEXCO in Busan from November 13th to 16th. The booth location is C10.
This joint booth operation is part of the association’s ongoing “Indie Game Industry Activation and Promotion Networking Project,” and was planned to foster the growth of the game development ecosystem centered on AI technology and strengthen cooperation between private companies. The association will also host on-site promotional activities and an Indiplus ( https://cafe.naver.com/indiplus ) membership event.
This joint exhibition will consist of a total of four booths, with Parco Games taking two booths, and the Association and Itemmania each taking one booth. Parco Games will be unveiling three titles, 〈NOVA ANTARCTICA〉, 〈Constance〉, and 〈The Berlin Apartment〉, which were previously showcased at the ‘Tokyo Game Show 2025’, in the Korean market for the first time.
These three projects, all created in collaboration with indie developers, are attracting attention as prime examples of indie IPs experimenting with their global expansion potential. Furthermore, Parco Games will host game demonstrations and souvenir giveaways on-site, anticipated to generate significant interest from visitors. Meanwhile, Itemmania (IMI) plans to leverage its big data technology and user community management expertise from its online game trading platform to present innovative directions for the game distribution and trading environment.
An association official said, “This G-Star joint booth will go beyond a simple exhibition and become a place for inter-industry convergence where indie games, AI, and platform companies can experiment with new cooperation models together,” adding, “We will continue to pursue various support projects that will allow the indie ecosystem and technology companies to grow together in the future.”
G-Star 2025, held at BEXCO in Busan from November 13th to 16th, is a key event for the global game business, bringing together major game companies, publishers, media, and buyers from around the world. Through this participation, the Association plans to widely publicize the potential of the next-generation game industry centered around AI and explore the creation of a new industrial ecosystem through the convergence of AI and indie artists.
